What’s included
- An async channel (shared Slack or Teams channel, or email). Replies within two business days.
- Two calls a month, 45 minutes each, with you and whoever owns the feeds.
- A monthly quality review. Freshness, coverage, drift and mapping errors, month on month: what moved, why, and what to do next.
- Playbooks you keep: a source-onboarding playbook, and SLA terms to put in front of your data vendors.
- Coaching for the people who run your feeds day to day.

Early in the month
Quality review call. Last month’s numbers, decisions for this one.
Mid-month
Working call on whatever’s hardest: a new source, a vendor that keeps breaking, a hire.
All month
Questions in the channel, answered within two business days.
Who it fits
Teams that already know where their feeds stand, usually after a Health Check, and want an experienced operator beside them while they fix it. If you’re starting cold, start with the Health Check; Advisory works best with a baseline.

Terms
- $4,000 a month.
- Three-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days’ notice.
- Billing:

- Health Check credit:
- if you start within 30 days of a Health Check read-out, its $9,500 fee is credited against your Advisory invoices.
